The intership comprises of the following tasks:

• Assistance in the conception and implementation of digital interactive and user-oriented applications.
• You are involved in the whole process, including look and feel of the product.

These are the kind of people we're looking for:

• You demonstrate strong creative and conceptual skills and are mastering 2D-Graphic-Design (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with 3D-Design-programs is a plus.
• You are a team player, but after briefing you're also able to work self-contained.
• You are fluent in English or Dutch.

Short job description:

DIGIFiT develops new fitness- und lifestyle applications, including motion tracking based on patented technology with realtime 3D-motion capture. From now on we offer an internship for motivated students who like to deal with gaming technology and web 2.0 sport.

Description of the internship:

You will assist us during the conception and development of the following new software components for fitness applications:

• Interactive 3D-applications for fitness hardware, e.g. motion tracking systems. Those are games that satisfy the urge for physical exercise and motivate with fun.
• Furthermore you're involved in the advancement of the online sports platform VirtuaGym.com.

Beyond that there is room for a variety of research projects in the field of information- and communication technology and sport. Details can be discussed.

Who we're looking for:

The intern offers the following qualifications and qualities:

• Enthusiasm, curiosity and the capacity for teamwork.
• Your field of study is relevant to this internship (computer science, business informatics, artificial intelligence, etc).
• You're skilled in one or more of the following disciplines: JAVA, C#, XNA, DirectX, PHP, MySQL, Actionscript/Flash.

Experience with 3D-applications and web development (2.0) is a plus, furthermore affinity for games.

DIGIFiT develops new fitness- und lifestyle applications, including motion tracking based on patented technology with realtime 3D-motion capture. For the short term, we offer an internship to a motivated intern in the field of marketing & communication.

This is part of the internship:

• Development of a marketing strategy for our products that incorporate lifestyle, sport and games.
• Creation of various marketing concepts and other content, e.g. for the company website or directly for the software products.

This is what you have to offer:

• You're a student in the field of marketing & communication or a similar field.
• Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken (documented).
• Ability the create clear, concise and convincing texts.
• Experience with graphic design software packages is an advantage, but not necessary.
